Chris DiStefano

With over 20 years of healing experience and honing his innate abilities, Chris bring unique and powerful tools and experience to the table. Having had the pleasure of hitting every rock on the road to freedom he is well versed in the common and spectacular as well as the subtle obstacles and challenges on the journey. He is particularly gifted in working to help the logical/rational mind take its proper place as a spectacular and beautiful tool and have it willingly give up its seat as a not very good driver/navigator. His joy and mission is to assist in the collective elevation of consciousness that we have the pleasure of experiencing in this incarnation. It is a powerful transition, and he uses his experience to accelerate it exponentially whilst also giving deep support to mitigate any discomfort. Central to all courses and coaching he also works to find and manage patterns that are not serving the client, and cooperatively they develop and implement patterns (also called habits - sometimes thought habits) that are helpful and empowering.
